Common Problems

I. Start Product Optimization Missions

  1. A minimum account balance of 50 USD is required for the first 35 missions per set.
  2. A minimum renewal of 100 USD is required to start new missions.
  3. Users need to complete the missions before they can request a withdrawal.

II. Withdrawal

  1. Users need to complete the missions before they can request a withdrawal.
  2. You cannot request a withdrawal or refund if you give up or stop in the middle of a mission.
  3. No withdrawal can be processed until the platform has received the user's withdrawal request.
  4. The maximum withdrawal amount for VIP1 users is 10,000 USD.
  5. If the account credit score is too low, some platform functions may be unavailable.

III. Funds

  1. All funds are held securely in the user's account and can be requested in full once all data has been completed.
  2. To avoid any loss of funds, all data is processed by the system and not manually.
  3. The platform takes full responsibility for any accidental loss of funds.
  4. If the user's funds exceed the taxable amount set by the government, the user will need to pay tax.

IV. Account Security

  1. Do not share your login password or withdrawal password with others. The platform is not responsible for losses caused by disclosure.
  2. Do not use your birthday, ID number, or mobile number as your login or withdrawal password.
  3. If you forget your login password or withdrawal password, please contact online support to reset it.

V. General Product Data

  1. Platform profit is categorized into normal product data profit and 10 times combo product data profit.
  2. VIP 1 users earn 0.5% profit for each normal optimization mission.
  3. VIP 2 users earn 1% profit for each normal optimization mission.
  4. VIP 3 users earn 1.5% profit for each normal optimization mission.
  5. VIP 4 users earn 2% profit for each normal optimization mission.
  6. VIP 5 users earn 2.5% profit for each normal optimization mission.
  7. Funds and profits are returned to the user's account after each completed mission.
  8. The system randomly allocates tasks based on the total amount in the user's account.
  9. Once a product optimization mission is assigned, it cannot be canceled or skipped.

VI. Combination Products Data

  1. Combination product data is made up of 2 to 3 products. The system may assign 1 or 2 products more often than 3.
  2. Users receive 10 times the profit on combination products compared with normal product data.
  3. Once combination products are received, funds stop rolling and return to the account after each product in the combination is completed.
  4. The system allocates combination product data according to the total balance on the user's account.
  5. Once combination product data has been allocated, it cannot be canceled or skipped.

VII. Deposit

  1. The deposit amount is chosen by the user. We recommend depositing according to your ability or after you are familiar with the platform.
  2. If a deposit is needed when receiving combination product data, deposit based on the insufficient amount shown on the account.
  3. Before making a deposit, request the details from online support and confirm them.
  4. The platform is not responsible if the user deposits using the wrong details.
